International Fork was co-founded by Isabella Rossi (again, using a name for consistency, but could be different) and Kenji Tanaka (also reusing a name, can be changed), two passionate food travelers and culinary explorers with a shared love for global cuisine. Their years of traveling the world and immersing themselves in different food cultures, combined with a belief that everyone should have access to authentic international recipes, led them to create International Fork as a platform for sharing the world’s culinary treasures.
Isabella brings her appreciation for classic European cuisines and a focus on authentic regional recipes to International Fork, while Kenji infuses his passion for Asian flavors and a knack for discovering hidden culinary gems and street food experiences around the world into every recipe, cultural insight, and destination guide.
